The product I want is out of stock. What can I do?

Please email us at and let us know which product you are looking for. We will be happy to help you by letting you know the expected date it will be back in stock.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, however you may include a handwritten message in the Order Notes box during your checkout process. Include “Gift” as your title in the message and we will include a note for the recipient.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

If you are ordering for a company and would like to inquire about a bulk discount, please email us at and we will be happy to help with your request.

When do you release new products?

We typically release new product once each season – 4 times a year. To keep up to date with new releases, follow us on Instagram @wrinkleandcrease and sign up for our newsletter here on the website.

What are your operating hours?

Our team works in our studio in Calgary, Monday to Friday, assembling products, fulfilling orders, creating new products and answering questions from 9 – 5PM MST.

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.


All orders are prepped and packed within 2-4 business days.

We ship all orders via Canada Post and USPS. We do not charge a handling fee. All shipping costs are based on weight and destination.

Please note – international orders have extended delivery times. Transit times may vary due to customs. Wrinkle & Crease is not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred on international shipments.


What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex and Paypal. All purchases are charged in CAD dollars.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax for all orders within Canada. All US/Internationl orders are exempt from tax.

A sales tax rate of 5% is applied for Canadian Orders.

Is my transaction secured?

We are diligent with making sure our systems are up to date, and protect your privacy while shopping on our site.

We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.

Transactions on our site are secured by using Secured Socket Layer (SSL).

Our SSL certificateuses the latest, industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal information is protected, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?

This typically happens because the billing address/postal code you are using does not match the billing address tied to your card. Please double check that the billing address is correct and try again.

If you still experience difficulties you may want to contact your bank regarding the matter.

How do I use a promo code?

Promo codes are entered during the checkout process. You can find the COUPON CODE box underneath your Cart Totals.

  • Type or paste your code in the COUPON CODE Box, and then click Apply Coupon.
  • The discounted price will be applied after you click Apply Coupon.

Only one promo code may be applied per order.
