As an approved Wrinkle & Crease reseller, you are permitted to sell Promptly products on your privately-hosted website (i.e. Ilovestationery.com) and in your brick and mortar store. For more information on approved and restricted sales channels, please reach out to wholesale@wrinkleandcrease.com

Wrinkle & Crease does not offer free shipping, and shipping charges will be assessed for all wholesale orders. These charges will be included in your invoice, and will be provided prior to shipping your order

Wrinkle & Crease makes every effort to ship wholesale orders within three business days of receiving payment. Time in transit may vary between five and ten days depending on location. We ship from our Calgary based Studio and will provide shipping as soon as items have shipped. For information regarding a specific shipment, please contact wholesale@wrinkleandcrease.com

The best way to contact us is by email. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible to all emails. Using social channels or other methods to reach us often get lost in the volume of messages, so please direct all questions or concerns to our email at wholesale@wrinkleandcrease.com

We do allow you to use our images for promoting the products. However please do not copy our product descriptions and text directly from the website. Take the time to re-word your listings and descriptions for your online shops.
